Return & Refund Policy
Consultations
Because Invoices are sent to the Customer at the end of a consultation appointment, a Customer will not be charged if the Consultant is not present at the time of the appointment and did not send prior communication of their inability to meet. In the event that the Consultant is at or less than 15 minutes late to the scheduled Consultation appointment, the Customer may request a reduced fee for the consultation. Should the Consultant appear to be more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled Consultation appointment, the Customer may request that the consultation fee be waived.
Workshops & Trainings
The Customer may request to cancel a workshop and/or training session up to two weeks prior to the date that the session is scheduled to take place free of charge. Should the Customer request a cancellation for a workshop and/or training less than two weeks to the scheduled session date, the Customer will be expected to pay a Late Cancellation Fee which is 10% of the final total cost of the session.
Purchases Made Through The NaviPath Store
NaviPath Consulting LLC offers all of its products through the NaviPath Store as digital files that are automatically available to download via unique downloading links. Because the files are not physical items that require shipping, digital files are not considered as eligible for return.
